Booking Process:

Activation

Visit the Activation Portal and enter you passenger details, package code, activation key and serial number from your gift card to activate. Once you complete the online activation process you will be emailed an activation confirmation email. Within three business days your activation will be validated and processed and you will be emailed your personal scheduling key. If you do not receive the email please request a duplicate by emailing help@cbecruises.com. Be sure to include your name, email, phone number, package code, activation key and serial number.

Scheduling

After you receive your personal scheduling key, visit the Scheduling Portal and enter your package code, personal scheduling key and serial number to access your available itineraries. Select an available sailing that is prior to your expiration date. In order to complete the scheduling process you must pay the required taxes with a major credit card. After you complete the scheduling process you will be emailed a scheduling confirmation receipt showing your selected sailing date and itinerary.

Finalization

After you receive your scheduling confirmation receipt, a cruise specialist in our travel agency will contact you by phone for finalization and booking. You can purchase upgraded packages including higher decks and higher category cabins such as ocean view staterooms, balcony staterooms and suites at our exclusive wholesale rates on through your cruise specialist. After you finalize and book with your cruise specialist, you will be emailed your final cruise docs at least 14 days prior to your cruise. Your final cruise docs will include your final itinerary and the booking number you will use to check-in on the cruise line’s website and access your boarding documents.

Complete Terms and Conditions

This cruise package includes one cruise booking in a lower interior cabin for two adults over the age of 21. Specific cabin, bedding and/or dining requests are not guaranteed. All cabins are assigned by Casablanca Express and/or the cruise line based on availability. In order for your cruise to be booked you must complete the booking process as described here.

This cruise package is valid for international travel. Travelers are responsible for meeting all requirements of domestic and foreign customs and/or immigration and naturalization. A passport may be required for travel. Visit travel.state.gov for more information.

Until CBE finalizes your cruise booking with the cruise line you may cancel and receive a full refund of all monies paid. If your cruise specialist is unable to contact you for finalization using the contact information you have provided, your cruise will not be booked. No reschedules are allowed. Failure to update changes to your contact information may result in cancellation and loss of your cruise package. All refunds will be issued to the same form of payment.

This cruise package is non-transferable, void where prohibited by law, cannot be combined with any other discount or special promotion, and is invalid if sold or bartered. No other representations, oral or otherwise are valid in conjunction with this cruise package.

CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage or personal loss in connection with any transportation, accommodations or other travel services arranged in the fulfillment of this cruise package which result directly or indirectly from any occurrence, including but not limited to, equipment breakdowns and/or defects, cancellations and/or delays, changes of itineraries, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism and/or acts of war.

Please be advised that cruise lines have and enforce specific policies for passenger entry, prohibited items, and personal conduct aboard the ship. CBE is not responsible for any damages or personal loss in the event that the cruise line, while enforcing their own policies, prohibits your entry to the ship, confiscates prohibited items while on board the ship or forces you to leave the ship for any reason. Please review and be prepared to comply with all cruise line policies.

All payments must be made online at cbecruises.com using a major credit card. American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All upgraded package costs are inclusive of and in addition to any monies paid previously. If you select an upgraded package, there will be no refunds of deposits or fees previously paid unless otherwise stated by your cruise specialist.

This cruise package is not valid for group travel. Group travel is defined as passengers utilizing multiple cruise packages on the same sailing dates.
